Quality standards:


We have set some quality standards for the cores that we are buying.
Any cores that are supplied and do not live up to the standards will
be rejected and (if wanted) returned to the supplier for his account.


Terms for rejections:

  1. We haven’t ordered the cores.
  2. Unknown originalnumber.
  3. The cores are built together of several numbers, so it can’t be identified.
  4. The cores is defect:
      • Harmed “ears” or similarly things
      • Cracks in the casted parts.
      • The shaft is broken or heavy bent.
      • The cores are rusty.
      • Lack of parts to the unit.
      • Mountingholes are eroded.

Quality standards A/C Compressors:

Terms for rejections:
  1. The unit must be complete – no missing parts.
  2. No corrosion.
  3. The pulley must be intact – not damaged.
  4. The compressor shaft (not just pully) must be able to turn.
  5. All wires must be intact and uncut.
  6. The unit must have readable OEM-Number
